 1,322  children casualties reported in Ukraine 

Since the start of the war, 450 children were killed and another 872 were wounded in Ukraine, AzVision.az reports citing Ukrinform. 

"More than 1,322 children were injured in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. As of the morning of December 30, 2022, the official number of child casualties has not changed (450). The number of injured has increased to 872," the statement reads.

It is emphasized that the numbers are not final, as work is ongoing to verify reports coming from the zones of active hostilities, temporarily captured and liberated territories.

A total of 3,126 educational facilities were damaged as a result of bombardment and shelling by Russian troops. Of them, 337 were completely destroyed.

As reported by Ukrinform, as of December 26, more than 330 children in Ukraine were listed as missing.
